Vinegar is a liquid obtained through the natural fermentation of sugar sources and vegetable carbohydrates found in apples, grapes, dates and other types of fruit, and converted into alcohol, and then add acetic acid bacteria to convert alcohol to vinegar or acetic acid liquid.
