Pickling is an old process of extending and maintaining food life, such as seasonal or exotic food, perishable food, fruits, and vegetables. By immersion the food in vinegar, adding herbs, salt, oil and some spices such as mustard seeds, garlic, cinnamon…etc.
Pickled vegetables are types of appetizers served as a secondary dish besides the main dish. There’re various types and methods of pickling like the ones that we have in our menu: cucumber pickles, mixed vegetables pickles, pepper, turnip, hot pepper, wild cucumber, Mexican pepper, cucumber pickles with spices, mango slices…etc.
